We cannot issue refunds or replacements where complaints are made more than 48 hours after delivery, or where products have not been properly cared for according to the provided instructions.
If part of your order is missing or has arrived damaged, please notify us immediately. Substantiated claims will be processed with priority, and we aim to resolve complaints within 7 working days. All refunds are made to the original payment source only.
